Profesionisti Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client, in the field of cosmetics products, is looking for a potential candidate for the position of Sales Supervisor.

Job Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for leading the work of sales representatives to ensure monthly targets meeting.

Duties and Responsibility:
• Manages and influences team to achieve targets and business results.
• Monitors business results and adapts sales strategies and tactics. Oversees the execution of sales plans. May have direct sales and client responsibilities.
• Hire and develop team members while monitoring progress against goals.
• Foster an atmosphere of continuous improvement in his team.
• Other Duties as Assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's Degree.
Experience: 4+ years working experience in sales and at least 2+ of supervisory experience.
Skills:
• Very good in sales. Ability to lead by example.
• Ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Effective communication, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to make oral presentations and to work effectively.
• Team building Skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data. Analytical skills are required.
• Require high level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
