BASIC FUNCTION, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will be responsible to be able to consult, train and coach business leaders and franchisees on Strategy management matters such as: Strategic plan, strategy selection, balance score card and strategy execution.
• The position is in Tirana, Albania.
• The position requires extensive travel to Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australia.
• Further training will be provided to adopt with the standards of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS
• Degree;
• 5-10 years’ experience in strategic planning;
• Trainer and Coach;
• Speaks English fluently;
