JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and participate in development of strategies for all brands, including brand strategy documents and creative briefs
• Collaborate with client, agency, and partner agencies to ensure brand strategies are informed by the best thinking
• Analyze and interpret research to guide strategies, both client and 3rd party information
• Guide design and development of research projects in collaboration with clients
• Present strategic thinking to clients and collaborate with them to optimize strategies
• Learn the brands, competitors and consumers to guide strategies and positioning

Education:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Communication sciences
• Project Management Skills
• Very good Italian and English spoken and written skills

Preferable:

• At least 6 months experience in Project Management
• Being part of different projects IT related.

• Storyteller – experienced in the art of story telling, can conceptualize the elements that go into a good story and intuitively help support story development from day one

• Capable – work effectively with planning directors to provide the most relevant information to focus the creative during briefings, program development and other discussion.
• Organized – able to simultaneously manage brand work, thought-leadership projects and one-off requests
• Presence – able to command an audience and clearly articulate a point of view
• Self-Possessed – confident enough to express a unique perspective in all situations
