• Management of petty cash and recording of petty cash and bank records
• Reconciliation of Cash and bank accounts
• Reconciliation of own shops

• Responsible for accounting of payables
• Reconciliation of suppliers account

[TD]

• In charge for maintenance of Fixed Assets module
• Depreciation booking in Navision software according to IFRS and tax standards

• In charge for the the reporting of inventory reports.
• Supervising all inventory related activities and stocktaking.

• Accounting entries for VAT reverse charges and self-invoices
• Preparation of VAT invoices and drafting of tax declarations;

• Calculations and accounting entries for imports

Skills:
· Previous experience with Navision would be an asset;
· Very good knowledge of international accounting standards;
· Familiar with tax declarations and main tax treatment;
· Self starter attitude, able to handle multi tasks;
· Organised and systematic;
· At least 3 years of previous experience within an international company;
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
