Project Financing Specialist or Senior Specialist
Departmental Duties

Departmental Duties
- To ensure that loan requests comply with BKT Credit Policy as approved by Board of Directors.
- To spread and make interpretive analysis of financial statements and prepare customer analysis reports for use and loan decision making.
- To analyze new loan requests, prepare written evaluation reports for these new loan requests and present them to the Superior.
- To ensure that proper documentation for these new loan requests is obtained, executed and filed according to the format in the Credit Manual.
- To prepare the Loan Approval Statement – after the loan is approved and inform the branch.
- To provide documents and assistance to the Loan Administration Unit regarding the documents of the files.
- To follow the portfolio assigned and provide notifications to the branches.
- To prepare the reports to official institutions if needed.
- To prepare other statistical reports as requested by the Superior
- To behave in compliance with the regulations and principles of the Bank.
- To make sure that work is completed correctly on time.
- To assume the other responsibilities and routine or special duties associated with the function of Project and Structured Finance Department as demanded by Superior.
- To promote, and offer relevant products identifying the segment of potential clients.
- To identify and work for developing new structured finance products.
- To observe the developments and changes in order to increase the efficiency of the department activities.
- University Degree, Finance or Business Administration,
- To fulfill requirements as specified in the internal Bank Regulations,
- Excellent knowledge of English language,
- Proficient knowledge of PC usage,
- Minimum three years’ experience in his/her field.
