SoHo Product Manager

Purpose of the position: This role is crucial for developing and managing products tailored for Small Office/Home Office (SoHo) customers, focusing on enhanced customer experiences and driving business growth.

Main Tasks:

• Define and implement the Strategy and Roadmap for SoHo products and solutions.
• Align product strategy with the company’s business objectives and growth targets.
• Supports market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Define clear product requirements and specifications.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including ideation, pricing, development, launch, and post-launch improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales) to develop innovative product features.
• Analyse competitors’ products and market strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Stay ahead of trends, beyond telco benefits to ensure competitive differentiation.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions for SoHo solutions.
• Develop promotional materials and conduct training sessions for salespeople to enhance product knowledge.
• Prepare regular reports on product performance, customer feedback, and competitive landscape.
• Engage with SoHo customers to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Experience and Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the telecoms or technology sector.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of SoHo market dynamics and trends and customer needs.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Initiative and Creativity.
• Fluent in English.
