Summary of the position: The Social Media Manager oversees and executes Division digital marketing efforts, plans and coordinates events, also performs administrative tasks. on input from internal stakeholders, customers, market research and their own industry insight.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns ;
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence ;
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights ;
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests ;
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points ;
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business ;
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing ;
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns ;
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time ;
- Incredible attention to detail ;
- Full understanding of all social media platforms and tools ;
- Problem solving skills ;
- Knowledge of content management systems.
