I Need Tours is Looking for Social Media Manager who can Create Content and it's Strategy, brainstorm on Ideas and Manage all Social Media Platforms
Reporting to the Head of Brand, Digital Channels and Planning this role requires a candidate who can manage a corporate website and who has a good understanding of social media and community management.

In your day to day, you will manage social media campaigns and execution across a number of territories and multiple platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp, and Linkedin. Managing one calendar, you will plan, brief and distribute innovative global social media content and campaigns.

Previous proven experience of driving social media strategy is required and you will have the ability to formulate insight-led recommendations on the best course of action to reach desired outcomes/KPIs.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:


  • Main task is to exponentially grow the number of followers, audience network and engagement on social media channels through creative content, and by supporting internal team with their program (partnership, promotion, campaign or event)
  • Understand the overall Brand voice/tone and represent the same on every touch point, at the same time working closely with the central social/brand team
  • Take initiative in suggesting ideas, be it related to content, brand or promotion/partnership
  • Expert-level knowledge in utilizing Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp and LinkedIn advertising to grow a B2B business
  • Create, edit, publish and share daily content

  • Maintaining blog content
  • Identify and measure the key metrics on social media and share the learning report with the team every week/month
  • optimize company profiles within each platform to increase visibility



WHAT YOU NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:


  • It is essential that you speak English to a native or fluent level - non-negotiable;
  • Spanish language is facultative but very much appreciated
  • Preferably you will be educated to Degree/Bachelors Level in Marketing;
  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience as Social Media Manager responsible for handling brand/brands
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills, demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, and show strong attention to detail
  • Strong operational skills, need to connect between the local & global teams regularly
  • It is essential you have experience of desigining and implementing a Social Media Strategy - working in partnership with the head office to set the goals;
  • Excellent knowledge of Social Media promotions is a key aspect to excel in this role
  • Must be goal-oriented, results driven, confident and can work with minimal supervision
