Job Description: Site Engineer
The Site Engineer is responsible for the continuous implementation of the design, development, and execution of solar energy projects. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and engineering skills to create efficient and sustainable solar energy solutions. You will work closely with other engineers, clients, and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of projects from conception to completion.

Job Description: Site Engineer
The Site Engineer is responsible for the continuous implementation of the design, development, and execution of solar energy projects. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and engineering skills to create efficient and sustainable solar energy solutions. You will work closely with other engineers, clients, and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of projects from conception to completion.
- Understand project requirements and develop solar systems for industrial applications.
- Conduct on-site assessments to determine the feasibility of solar installations.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure timely project completion.
- Prepare technical reports, schematics, and documentation for solar energy projects.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses and provide recommendations to improve system performance.
- Provide technical support and resolve issues for existing solar installations.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in solar technology and integrate new solutions into projects.
- Possess solid knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations to supervise foremen and working teams.
- Ensure that work performed by operational teams meets quality control standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the design and implementation of solar energy systems.
- In-depth knowledge of photovoltaic systems, inverters, and energy storage solutions.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and local regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work on international projects.
- Good knowledge of Italian and English languages.
