Job Description
We are looking for a full-time, on-site Online Receptionist to join our team in Tirana, Albania.
As an Online Receptionist, your main responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and route phone calls
• Manage mail distribution
• Working schedule: 09:00-18:00 & 10:00-19:00
• WFO only

Required Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Fluent in English
• Previous experience is a bonus
