[FONT=&quot]Sales specialist is responsible for organizing business meeting with clients aiming to generate business able to fulfill monthly set targets. S/he will be able to give support on Retail sales Activities in the branches by working closely with the sales force there. S/he takes overall responsibility in action taken for implementation of the retail business campaigns. S/he should be able to: [/FONT]

  • [FONT=&quot]Identify potential client segments as per set objectives;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Effective ways to approach targeted customers;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Conduct visits and meetings with potential clients to generate more business[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Main Duties[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Sales specialist should be a sales oriented person. S/he can serve as a link between clients and the bank; therefore her/his role is to contribute on generating more business for the bank to reach Retail Business Target. S/he [/FONT]


  • [FONT=&quot]Define an acquisition list for potential clients which should be contacted by himself or together with assigned team member and report the results on monthly bases to Department Manager.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Should be able to perform the business clients meeting according to the approved plan in order to achieve the defined periodically target.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Must be knowledgeable about banking products and services, procedures, advantages of BKT and market information[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Must be self organized and use time effectively [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Should keep good record of meetings and sales conducted[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Should communicate in time and with all required information to branches the sales finalized by the sales team[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Follow up the pending applications in branches and pending meetings with clients[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Support branches to construct a list of potential clients and define ways how to approach them more efficiently.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Give scheduled feedback on implementation of sales activities to Retail Sales Manager[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Give proposals and input on marketing materials needed during campaigns and their better usage from branches[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Share information with branches on bank advantages in the market and how to transmit this info to the clients[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Periodically monitor the market and competition development and prepare report to Retail Sales Department Manager[/FONT]
Job Profile


  • [FONT=&quot]Previous banking experience is required. [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Should have good computer knowledge.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]University Degree, preferred social studies or economics.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Good written and spoken English.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Should be able to travel in different cities in Albania.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Able to work individually and as part of a team.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Should be sales oriented person, with high energy and able to generate business for the bank.[/FONT]
