EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, one of the biggest financial institutions in Albania, is currently recruiting a Senior Marketing Specialist.


Major responsibilities:


  • Prepares annual road map, and monthly marketing plan plan;
  • Coordinanes and implements offline&online campaings through all the marketing channels;
  • Makes sure to keep web info up to date in accordance with institution guidelines;
  • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media;
  • Plan and organize monthly activities for all digital channels, including internal digital platform – intranet;
  • Supports sales team with marketing materials to promote service at our partners network, by providing standard and tailer made marketing materials, and build up specific campaign designs or co-promos at partners physical/digital shop;
  • Support Iute branches sales activities with promotional materials and items, coordinates BTL activites;
  • Collaborate directly with advertising agencies for creativities and producion of the marketing materials/campaings, as well as media plan and media monitoring;
  • Keep track of markeitng expenses and prepares monthly reports.


Requirements for this position are:


  • Bachelor / Master degree in Marketing, PR, Media, Communication;
  • At least 2 years of experience at Marketing position;
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing;
  • Excellent communication and people skills;
  • Practical knowledge in web design, graphic creating an adword campaigns setting;
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software and applications;
  • Exceptional communication, analitical and writing skills;
  • Well organized person focused on results;
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to multi-tasking;
  • Fluent English.
