  Work closely with the IT team in completing projects
• Develop and refactor Java EE applications, Spring MVC or Spring Boot
• Ensure performance, security and readability of the code
• Prepare documentation and specifications
• Coordinate and collaborate with various developers and project managers, and document all processes to ensure effective evaluation and maintainability
• Analyze and ensure efficient transition of all technical design documents
