Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facebook Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns to drive brand growth, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a deep understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, audience targeting, and data analytics to maximize ad performance and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop, implement, and manage effective Facebook ad campaigns across multiple objectives (awareness, consideration, conversion).
-Analyze and report on campaign performance, leveraging insights to optimize for better results.
-Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
-Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to refine targeting strategies.
-Stay updated on Facebook advertising trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
-Experience in Facebook Ads management with proven success in campaign optimization.
-Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager, audience insights, and performance analysis.
-Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tracking tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns efficiently.
