We are an American company operating in the services sector looking to recruit:

Senior Accountant

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience on a relevant position
  • University degree in finance, economics or accounting
  • Speak and write fluent English
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Strong understanding of local accounting legislation and familiarity with IFRS
  • [FONT=&quot]Implementation and establishment of the company policies and procedures in the areas accounting, financial transactions and purchasing[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Responsibility for procurement including supplier and invoice management[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Financial monitoring[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Project related financial matters (planning, budgeting, forecasting, fiscal sustainability)[/FONT]
  • Strong analytical, follow through and organizational skills
  • Ambitious individual with a great desire to succeed
  • Team player
  • Pay attention to details
  • Able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of individuals
  • Self-motivated, able to work under minimal direct supervision, but remain responsible and accountable for your work and results
Responsibilities:

  • Organizing, systemizing and processing accounting documentation
  • Book-keeping of accounting documents in the accounting software
  • Financial reports preparation
  • Processing and executing accounting and tax transactions
  • Statutory reporting, preparation of management reports and delivering country operating plan
