SENIOR ACCOUNTANT (M/F)
Joint Venture Renco Terna is the EPC contractor of the TAP-project (Trans Adriatic Pipeline) in Greece and Albania to build two gas compression stations and one metering station.
For our main office in Tirana we are looking for an ambitious Senior Accountant to lead the finance department in Tirana by managing all kind of daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals, working to maintain structure and transparency for the company’s finances.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of accounting principles, have experience with MS Office, have strong analytical skills and is punctual and accurate. The Senior Accountant will report directly to the Finance Manager and will have to be able to work in a fast moving office environment. Requirements

[TD="align: left"]Graduate in Finance & Accounting (Mandatory);
Proficiency in Accounting Software, preferably SAP;
4-5 years of accounting experience at least;
Experience with construction companies;
Knowledge of tax & fiscal regulations framework;
Profound computer literacy (Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Internet, etc.);
Excellent communication skills in English and Albanian; Italian is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and overtime;
Ability to meet deadline;
Strong analytical mind and passion for accounting;
Team player;
Interest to work in an international environment;
Loyalty for the duration of the project.
Responsibilities

[TD="align: left"]Client’s ledger bookkeeping, in accordance with international accounting standards and current national applicative legislation;
Managerial bookkeeping;
Trial balance verification and reconciliation;
Costs Centers verification and reconciliation;
Preparation of monthly tax declarations in accordance with applicative fiscal law requests;
Communicating with tax authority;
Report design and keeping constant communication with head office and consultants
