Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with property owners and investors
- Present and promote Qterra’s property management services to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Negotiate and close service agreements
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience in sales preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional and persuasive approach with a focus on results
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office tools
- Base salary (700 €)+ commission structure
