EPPC Albania, on behalf of its client, an INTERNATIONAL LEADING TECHNOLOGY COMPANY, is currently recruiting a Sales Representative for Albania & Kosovo market.

Job Scope:

Promote the company as a first brand for Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) in Albania and Kosovo.

Essential Responsibilities:


  1. Develop brand visibility in all points of sales for the Albania and Kosovo market;
  2. Training and motivating shop-floor people;
  3. Product training & merchandising for the shops;
  4. Keeping updated on market research key points, price policies, competitors, etc.;
  5. Updating the potential customers’ data base;
  6. Supporting the organization of special events (i.e. Dealers Day);
  7. Supporting every level of distribution;
  8. Submitting weekly reports to the Lead TSM (Trade & Shopper Marketing Manager).

Requirements for this position are:


  • University graduate, Master degree is an advantage;
  • 2+ years’ experience in sales in a high profile company;
  • Fluent in English (MUST);
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and numerical skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Ability to work independently and strong professional ethics;
  • Result oriented and ability to work under tight deadlines;
  • Driving License(Category B) & ability to travel.
