The company is a joint group of experts in the Human Resources area.
We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of Sales Operation Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Operation Manager
General Summary: The jobholder will be responsible for leading the company Sales organization’s operations and process improvements to ensure profitable revenue growth
DETAILS OF FUNCTION:
• Support and work with company directors, management, sales representatives and employees across the entire organization
• Deliver timely, accurate and actionable business information to all director’s/management and sales reps on weekly/monthly basis
• Manage and mentor reps on forecasting process. Be the single point of contact for all ongoing project status and reporting on forecasts
• Track, analyze and report sales results: both sell-in and sell-thru. Create sell thru analysis programs and improve response times to achieving in-season sales goals
• Manage rep and vendor contracts
• Prospect and identify new business opportunities
•Travel to Sales Territories and tradeshows as required
• Assist in conducting annual sales meetings
REPORTING:
• Reports directly to Chief Executive Officer
QUALIFICATIONS:
A university degree in Business Administration preferred; a minimum of three years of related experience. Successful track record of working with upper management. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
