v JOB TITLE

[FONT=&quot]Sales Manager [/FONT]

v GENERAL DESCRIPTION FOR THE POSITION

[FONT=&quot]Sales Manager supervises and coordinates the activities of customer service staff, stock and inventory workers, cashiers, and sales associates. [/FONT]

v Main Responsabilities

· [FONT=&quot]Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency;[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Responding to customer complaints and comments;[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues;[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Providing and organizing training for the new sales staff;[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Coaching the performance of the store employees;[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Dealing with staffing issues: conducting appraisals and performance reviews;[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Taking care the look and feel of the internal and exterior appearance of the department;[/FONT]

v Qualifications and Skills

[FONT=&quot]Education[/FONT][FONT=&quot]:[/FONT][FONT=&quot]University Degree, preferably in business related fields[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Work Experiences:[/FONT][FONT=&quot]At least 5 years of working experience in a relevant assisting position[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Additional qualifications:[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Languages: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and in Italian[/FONT][FONT=&quot]
Computer skills: Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent organizational and coordination skills
Ability to quickly acquaint to new situations
Ability to maintain confidentiality[/FONT]
