Albanian Satellite Communications will be the first triple-play provider in Albania. We have an opportunity for a Sales Manager who would be responsible for organizing and coordinating all sales activities in order to fulfill sales targets. This is a senior position reporting to the company’s top management.

Job description & Skills

• Provides leadership by developing and implementing company’s sales strategy and coordinating the sales functions;
• Supervises sales representatives and account managers and provides incentives for achieving sales targets;
• Prepares periodic sales reports and sales forecasts;
• Together with marketing managers develops and manages a distribution system of own company stores and other distribution partners.
• Technical background highly preferred;

• Good spoken and written English skills;
• Strong communication and excellent organization skills;

• University degree and previous experience a must.
