Albanian HR Solutions is a company providing services in Executive Search, Headhunting, General Search & Recruitment, Career Management and Consulting based in Tirana (AL).
The company is a joint group of experts in the Human Resources Area
We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of General Sales Manager.
Our client is a well known brand in Oil & Gas Equipment.
Role Title: General Sales Manager
Report to: General Manager
Location: Tirana, Albania
Primary purpose of the role:
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
Experienced with direct sales, B2B, residential sales, prospecting, business development, account executive, sales, sales representative, territory sales, advertising sales, sales executive, B2C, account representative, sales and marketing
Duties include:
• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
• Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
• Coordinates sales force to achieve the objectives
• Develops promotional plans and proposals
• Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
• Reviewing sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
• Plan sales forecast on monthly base/ 3 months/ 6 months/ and annual period
• Reporting periodically to General Manager of the company
Requirements of the role:
• Education in a commercial, financial, or business related field
is crucial
• Very good oral and written communication skills in English
• 3-5 years of previous experience
Skills:
• Expert negotiating skills
• Comprehensive knowledge about the industry
• Efficient presentation and communication skills
• Outstanding project management expertise
