The company is a joint group of experts in the Human Resources area.
Our client is a successful company operating in distribution industry.
We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of Sales Manager Albania (for wholesales).
General Summary: Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
Details of function:
- Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, meeting agreed target and promoting products throughout Albania
- Responsible for the planning, direction, organization and control of area sales managers and representatives to accomplish specific objectives
- Develop a good understanding of customer requirements, and develop a customer specific strategy to meet these needs.
- Following the market trends and reporting them to management, along with proposals on how to fulfill any new market requirements
- Create strong relationships with key customers to ensure a perception of strong customer focus and responsiveness to drive customer satisfaction to the highest level
Qualifications and Skills:
- University degree ( Business studies is preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related positions
- Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies
- Problem solving and analytic skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A valid driver’s license
