Description


Sales representatives are one of the key tools of Sales, and their role to increase the customer base and catch weekly and mounty targets which is going to give them detailed in their training.


Duties


• Responsible for giving effective and high quality service to every customers that they are going to visit

• Deal with complaints from customers

• Discover and handle concerns from customers

• Arrange a number of status reports, for example activities, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals

• Catch new opportunities, special developments for products and services, collect information as well as feedback thanks to field activity and then coordinate with proper staff of the company

• Advertise and sell products and services of the company to current and perspective customers

• They have to provide weekly costumer meeting reports



Qualifications / Requirements



• Bachelor degree (it's not important/students are considered too)

• Customer oriented people

• Excellent communication and negotiating skills

• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)

• Able and willing to work in team

• Technology awareness
