EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, an international company, leader in the production of construction materials, is currently recruiting a Research & Development/Quality Control Specialsit.

Major responsabilities:

• Testing the formulation given by the R&D Manager for the new products;
• Follow the quality control process;
• Control of the quality of the raw materials purchased before stocking them and finished products;
• Taking notes to all the data that come from the test performed;
• Maintain samples of tests for agreed period;
• Track quality checks in a database for reference in case of claims;
• Ensure top quality products with 0ro claims;
• Ensure full compliance with local regulations on the specified area;
• Ensure compliance with company rules especially confidentiality considering R&D as very key to innovation and new products launch in market.

Requirements for this position are:

• Education University degree (Chemistry or Engineering);
• 3-5 years previous experience (preferred in construction industry)
• Proficient computer skills (excel expertize), Navision knowledge;
• Very good command of English;
• Strong team work, organization, time-management, prioritization, written/oral communication skills;
• Positive, healthy, cultural, integrity, loyalty attitude.
