Recruitment & Training Specialist (One-year Contract)
Position Objective:
to search and identifying candidates, manage interviews, employees on boarding, collect, prepare, implement & record all employees’ trainings
Main Duties:
- Work with HR Manager to develop ideal candidate criteria, collaborate with private headhunters and attract qualified employees and match them to jobs, coordinate relocation.
- Post job vacancies to the media, collect, select, and schedule the interviews with the candidates, participate in the interviews.
- Inform the selected candidates about the hiring process/necessary documentations and ensure that the new hire paperwork is completed and processed. Organize, coordinate, and conduct the new employee induction training.
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Inform and provide advice to employees regarding policies, programs, career development, regulations, issues, options, etc.
- Provide recommendations regarding policy/legal violations.
- Assist the HR Manager to Investigate and resolve grievances, complaints, and/or employee relations issues.
- Review the employee’s performance evaluations and their training needs, collect training need per division and recommend to the HR Manager what training is necessary to be scheduled.
- Plan, organize and execute different social activities for employees.
- Maintaining records (Included TEAMS) of employee participation in all training and development programs. 12. Make sure all resigned/terminated employees are leaving conform company respective policy and procedure including exit interview
- University degree
- Very Good knowledge of English Language
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- No experience needed
- Transport from the Factory to Center of Tirana
- Full Annual Leave, Public Holidays, Private Health Insurance
- 5 Working Days per week (Monday-Friday)
- Thirteen Salary
- Bonus based on the targets achievements
