Key Responsibilities
- Contact property owners to introduce and promote our property care and maintenance services
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance requests between landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Follow up on leads and service requests to ensure completion and client satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional property management and maintenance services
- Book property assessments and service consultations
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Ensure all appointment details and service confirmations are clearly communicated
- Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, outbound calling, property management, or maintenance coordination preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet performance goals
- Organized and detail-oriented with CRM experience
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
