Promotion Specialist

Purpose of the position:

Promotion of Albtelecom products and services in different cities in Albania.

Duties


  • [*=left]Enthusiastic towards sales activities and providing to the potential customers all the necessary details and strong points of our products and services;
    [*=left]Presents products and services of the company correctly to existing and prospective customers;
    [*=left]Advertise products and services through phone calls; going door to door, staying in promotion booth, distribution of leaflets;
    [*=left]Able to regularly and precisely meet the daily/weekly/monthly schedule, flexible to adapt with its rapid changes;
    [*=left]Follows instructions, identifies and records any service quality problem and take preventive and corrective actions;
    [*=left]Able to create a Database of potential customers that are to be further contacted including all the relevant information;
    [*=left]Responsible for fulfilling the correct respective documentation for assigned contracts;
    [*=left]Responsible to escalate any relevant feedback received from potential or existing customers;
    [*=left]Very good knowledge on the latest technologies;


Requirements of the position:



  • [*=left]Bachelor degree
    [*=left]Sales oriented person
    [*=left]Strong interpersonal and communication skills, visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public, ability to persuade and influence others;
    [*=left]Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
    [*=left]Available to travel, work over-time, weekends, official holidays;
    [*=left]Willing to work under pressure
