PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR​

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for the process of realization of the Production plan, achieving weekly and monthly targets.
2. Allocations of employees from projects to projects, ensuring all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly.
3. Communication with Industrial Engineers to determine the addition of boards, working tools etc.
4. Responsible for completing the documentation for quality and work instruction, control of product quality standards.
5. Is responsible for providing work tools for operators from the Maintenance department.
6. Follow up on disciplinary issues, absences, uniforms, working stations maintenance by taking appropriate disciplinary measures up to dismissal proposals by communicating officially with the Human Resources department.
7. Approvals of annual leaves based on production demand within the working week;
8. Identify training needs
9. Contribution to the implementation of ISO and IATF standards;

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Production Experience, good skills in managing a Team.
• Good Written and Oral Communication Skills,
• Problem Solving Abilities,
• Ability to Work and Make Decisions Under Pressure, Compassion,
• Time Management Skills, computer Literacy,
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, or a Related Field.
• Good knowledge of English language.
