Location: In-office, Tirana (Rruga Kavajës)
Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Albanian Time)
Salary: Starting from 70,000lek (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a Procurement Financial Analyst / Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled at working with large datasets to drive strategic decision-making. This role requires strong financial acumen, proficiency in data analysis, and expertise in Excel to support procurement and financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze procurement and financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Develop reports and dashboards to track financial performance and procurement efficiency
• Conduct market research and supplier analysis to support procurement strategies
• Maintain and improve financial models for forecasting and budgeting
• Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to optimize processes
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial reporting

Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization)
Experience with data analysis and financial modeling
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
