[FONT=&quot]The purpose of this program is to develop Albanian Aircraft Mechanics through both in classroom and on the job instruction by Belle Air and external instructors. [FONT=&quot]The trainees will be issued regular employment contracts[/FONT] and will have the same duties and obligations as all Belle Air employees. They will be required to pass exams and achieve certifications according to aviation industry standards. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Training program duration: [/FONT][FONT=&quot]3 (three) years[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]First level of certification should be achieved in [/FONT][FONT=&quot]2 (two) years[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]·[/FONT][FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and

[FONT=&quot] Excel[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]·[/FONT][FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Holder of a valid driver’s license[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]·[/FONT][FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Willing to work on increased workload during peak seasons (15 July 15 September & 15 December -15 January)[/FONT]
