  • [FONT=&quot]Installation and maintenance of Oracle database servers and client environments .[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Implement database backup and recovery procedures.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Plan and implement redundancy and disaster recovery plans .[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Troubleshoot, monitor and implement performance tuning on the database.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Manage database security,logins, users, roles and object permissions.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Assist development team with query writing, database access and general information.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Plan and execute database upgrades or modifications, bug fixes or functionality enhancements.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Qualifications[/FONT]


  • [FONT=&quot]Preferably a minimum of 2 years experience in Oracle database administration.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Very good knowledge of Oracle 10g/11g databases.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Very good knowledge of Unix/Linux operating system.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Working experience with Oracle administration tools,Oracle Enterprise manager, Import/Export,Datapump etc.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Working experience with SQL/PLSQL programming language.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Familiarity with Oracle specific tools, utilities and Oracle Support.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Ability to adapt to changes in information technology and quickly learn and utilize new database tools and methodologies.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Excellent oral and written communication skills.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Ability to learn quickly.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Ability to work independently with minimum supervision or work in a team-oriented project.[/FONT]
