Operations Manager
Composed of a family of companies, we at Sada-Platts Group focus on the maintenance and development of residential and commercial properties in the UK.
We are in the process of opening an office in Albania, which will handle all B2C inbound enquiries and associated administration.
Therefore, we’re looking for an experienced operations manager with customer service and experience in a leadership role to join our team in Albania and help us with the daily operations of the Albanian office.
You will have a team reporting directly to you in Albania, and will be in direct regular communication with our team based in the UK.
As we are a small company, there is plenty of opportunity for personal development and growth within the company.
Key skills:
€750 per month
Candidate must have some flexibility with their working hours.

[*=left]Coordinating administrative tasks with the UK team
[*=left]Answering inbound calls
[*=left]Answering emails
[*=left]Booking in tradesmen for jobs
[*=left]Following up with field operatives
[*=left]Creating invoices and tracking them
[*=left]Chasing clients
[*=left]Sending quotes
