Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as an Online Receptionist located in Tirana, Albania.
The Online Receptionist will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Online Receptionist will also assist with scheduling appointments, managing emails, and providing general support to the team.


Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Fluency in English and Albanian
