Online and back Desk Technical Support
Purpose of Position: Provide excellent customer service. Provide differentiation toward competition. Top score in NPS and service resolution KPIs.

Main Tasks:
  1. First Line trouble-shooter for network related issues to FIX retail customers (FTTH).
  2. Trouble Ticket followers and closures for FTTH customer complaints opened by Sales Representatives.
  3. Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
  4. Escalates & follows up; properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
  5. Use questioning and supporting skills to provide effective telephone communication troubleshooting.
  6. Continuously inform management on FTTH complaints trend, highlights, improvements.
  7. Use in correct and effective way all internal systems and applications.
  8. Follow and respect all company and group procedures.
  9. Other duties as assigned by the superiors.
Education: University Degree in Telecommunication/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electronic Engineering;
Experience: Similar position is an advantage.
Skills:
  • Microsoft Office (excel, word, power point etc.);
  • Ability to relate well with members of the team,
  • Listening skills, Learning Skills,
  • Communication skills, others;
  • Strong Negotiation Skills,
  • Excellent Telephone Techniques and analytic skills or attributes;
  • Work Overtime, in shifts and standby.
