Online and back Desk Technical Support
Purpose of Position: Provide excellent customer service. Provide differentiation toward competition. Top score in NPS and service resolution KPIs.
Main Tasks:
- First Line trouble-shooter for network related issues to FIX retail customers (FTTH).
- Trouble Ticket followers and closures for FTTH customer complaints opened by Sales Representatives.
- Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
- Escalates & follows up; properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
- Use questioning and supporting skills to provide effective telephone communication troubleshooting.
- Continuously inform management on FTTH complaints trend, highlights, improvements.
- Use in correct and effective way all internal systems and applications.
- Follow and respect all company and group procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by the superiors.
Experience: Similar position is an advantage.
Skills:
- Microsoft Office (excel, word, power point etc.);
- Ability to relate well with members of the team,
- Listening skills, Learning Skills,
- Communication skills, others;
- Strong Negotiation Skills,
- Excellent Telephone Techniques and analytic skills or attributes;
- Work Overtime, in shifts and standby.
