Network Monitoring Specialist

Purpose of Position:

'Real time alarm monitoring and initiate troubleshooting process for all the GSM, Fix and IT Networks, System and equipment

Main Tasks

· Notify all related parts for all the faults via phone, e-mail, and trouble ticket
· Establishes crisis calls and calls in the appropriate and management when necessary
· Provides a shift handover for the oncoming shift and managers
· Informing network failures and service outage to relevant people in the company
· Provide report to internal related parties and external contractors
· Provides a shift handover for the oncoming shift and managers
· Performs Quality Control checks on results of production processes to ensure accurate report generation
· Informing network failures and service outage to relevant people in the company

Skills

· Understanding of RADIUS, DNS, firewall, packet captures, VM, TCP/IP, VLAN, WLAN, VPN and WIFI protocols and technologies.
· Good knowledge of methods for delivering telecommunication services like LAN L2/L3, Ethernet SDH etc.
· Very Good knowledge of English language
· Able to work under pressure
· Able and willing to work in team
· Availability to work with shifts


Experience
· 1 year of experience in telecommunications industry.

Education
· University degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electronic Engineering or IT.
