Albanian HR Solutions is a company providing services in Executive Search, General Search & Recruitment, Career Management and Consulting based in Tirana (AL).
The company is a joint group of experts in the Human Resources area.
We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of Marketing Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Marketing Manager
General Summary: Responsible for supporting and executing on company’s marketing and communication strategies.
DETAILS OF FUNCTION:
• monitoring and analyzing market trends
• studying competitors' products and services
• exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and
increasing profitability
• identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate
with them
• preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets
• managing the production of promotional material
• liaising with other internal departments such as sales and distribution
• producing reports to monitor results
• presenting findings and suggestions to company directors or other senior
managers
• travelling to trade shows, conferences and sales meetings
• supporting and managing a marketing team.
REPORTING:
• Reports to CEO
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor’s Degree in a 4 year university; 3 years’ experience in marketing is preferred . Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office Programs.
SKILLS
Applies feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality. Judgment - Displays willingness to make decisions; Supports and explains reasoning for decisions; Includes appropriate people in decision-making process; Makes timely decisions. Motivation - Sets and achieves challenging goals; Demonstrates persistence and overcomes
