Albanian HR Solutions is a company providing services in Executive Search, Headhunting, General Search & Recruitment, Career Management and Consulting based in Tirana (AL).
The company is a joint group of experts in the Human Resources area
We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of : Marketing Manager.
Role Title: Marketing manager
Report to: General Manager
Location: Tirana, Albania
Primary purpose of the role:
The Marketing Manager will use a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts and think creatively, devising new ways of communicating with established and potential customers.
Duties include:
• Monitoring and analyzing market trends
• Studying competitors' products and services
• Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability
• Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
• Preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets
• Managing the production of promotional material
• Liaising with other internal departments such as sales and distribution
• Producing reports to monitor results
• Presenting findings and suggestions to company directors or other senior managers
• Travelling to trade shows, conferences and sales meetings
• Supporting and managing a marketing team
Requirements of the role:
• Education in a commercial, financial, marketing or business related field is crucial
• Very good oral and written communication skills in English and Italian
• 3-5 years of previous experience in an international company is required
Skills:
• Able to respond well to pressure
• Think creatively
• Work well in a team and with a wide range of people
• Organized and methodical
• Proactive and able to take the initiative
• Able to motivate and inspire a team
• Be well presented with a professional manner
