On behalf of E DUA SPORTIN.COM, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of:

Marketing Director


Responsibilities:

• Lead development and implementation of marketing, advertising, and sales initiatives.
• Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events and digital marketing.
• Developing and implementing the brand strategy.
• Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products
• Set and administer an annual marketing budget.
• Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team and marketing manager.

• Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors.
• Educate marketing team on brand identity.
• Provide tools and materials to enable the marketing team to function effectively.

• Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programs.
• Manage and refine the organisation’s social media presence.
• Manage and measure marketing campaign costs.

• Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
• Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organisation.
• Conduct market research studies.

Requirements (Key Skills)

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years extensive experience in sales, marketing, advertising and brand management.
• Proven dynamic leadership and project management skills.
• Strategic, innovative and creative personality with a strong business acumen.
• A passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Adept multi-tasker with ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasks.

• Confident, driven and dynamic leader.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office and various marketing software.
• Very good level of English both spoken and written.
