THT ltd. envisages to lead the erotic products in Albanian market. THT ltd. is currently operating in this market and provides high quality products holding the exclusivity of representing HOT and Shiatsu and running the website www.myhotcollection.com. THT wishes to recruit an experienced Sales/Marketing Manager to provide leadership and coordination of company sales and marketing functions, develop and implement sales and marketing strategy and, monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against goals. Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit their CV and a letter of interest.
The successful applicant should meet the following requirements:
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
a. Is responsible for the design and implementation of a marketing and sales plan.
b. Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
c. Develops sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
d. Manages and oversees the company`s marketing functions to identify and develop new customers for products and services.
e. Performs sales activities and negotiates sales price and discounts if and where applicable.
f. Develops sales and sales support staff.
g. Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
h. Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
i. Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
j. Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
k. Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.
l. Establishes and controls budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
m. Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
n. Reviews expenses and recommends financial measures to be taken.
o. Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
p. Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
q. Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
r. Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
s. Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
t. Participates in trade shows and conventions.
REPORTING:
Reports directly to the General Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
a. A university degree in marketing or business studies;
b. A minimum of 5 years of related experience or training in marketing and sales;
c. Previous experience in marketing and sales in similar fields would be an asset;
d. Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information;
e. Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies;
f. Excellent oral and written communication skills in Albanian and English languages are required;
g. Good oral and written communication skills in German would be an asset;
