EPPC Albania, on behalf of an international manufacturing company with production operations in Albania, is currently recruiting a Logistics Supervisor.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor deliveries, collections, shipments, and transportation schedules;
• Liaise with transport providers, suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely execution of logistics activities;
• Follow up on open orders and shipments, identifying potential delays or operational risks;
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of transport, delivery, and inventory-related documentation;
• Monitor delivery timelines, service levels, transportation costs, and logistics performance indicators;
• Support the organization of warehouse activities in line with delivery and distribution priorities;
• Coordinate operational staff involved in goods handling, dispatch, and delivery preparation;
• Maintain accurate records and prepare periodic reports on shipments, deliveries, stock movements, and operational performance;
• Support stock monitoring activities and periodic inventory controls;
• Ensure compliance with internal logistics procedures, health and safety requirements, and quality standards.

Requirements for this position are:

• Previous experience in logistics, distribution, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination;
• Good understanding of order fulfilment, transportation processes, inventory flows, and logistics documentation;
• Experience working with inventory, transport, or logistics management systems;
• Good command of English or Italian Language;
• Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders;
• Accuracy, accountability, and a results-oriented approach.
