Logistics Specialist

Purpose of the position: Responsible to perform all tasks and duties associated with trading goods warehouse operations including receipt, storage, and distribution of materials.

Main Tasks:

• Responsible for the incoming and outgoing process of storing the goods or the equipment in the warehouse.
• Preparation and control of the relevant incoming/outgoing goods/documents and their registrations.
• Coordinate other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling.
• Preparation of the Bill of Materials of all the goods to be shipped to the requested proper destination.
• Register all the materials and equipment in ONE and Thirds parties’ warehouse system, according to inventory needs.
• To use the best practices of storing material in the right and safe places of trading goods warehouse.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education: University Degree.

Experience and Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in related field and duties.

Skills:

• Computer skills (SAP, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access).
• Good level of English language.
• Good communication skills and initiative.
• Working Overtime and Shifts.
