LocalEyes Group is a leading global provider of Localization Services, mainly to the computer and software industry, with headquarters in Ireland.

LocalEyes Group is recruiting a full time Localization Project Managers for its subsidiary LocalEyes Albania, based in Tirana.

Location: Tirana, Albania
Position Start: March 2019
Work duration: full-time (when/if needed also in shifts)


Job Purpose
· Accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities.
·Plans and executes localization projects, ensures customer satisfaction through successful management of projects’ quality, schedule and budget.
· Manages the day-to-day relationship with different parties involved on project matters.
· When/if needed, works in shifts to ensure there is hand-off and alignment around the clock.

Roles and Responsibilities
For this role you will be working as part of a dynamic team and in an international environment. Specific responsibilities include: the file preparation, the management of localization activities (including project set-up, resourcing, trafficking), the troubleshooting and handholding, the facilitation of effective communication within the international project team, documentation of all workflows, participation in calls with the global team, tracking projects to ensure that quality, deliveries and costs stay on plan, reporting of technical issues from linguists, troubleshooting.
In contact with headquarters/other locations-based PMs on a daily basis for file distribution, delivery and delays.
Proactive so to continuously come up with different suggestions to improve processes and quality.

Requirements
- 3+ years working experience as project manager (also in a different field).
- University degree preferably in a technical (CS, IT, etc.) or in a business management field.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Be flexible and willing to work in shifts: 08:00 – 17:00 and 10:00 - 19:00.


Key Skills/Qualifications
- Knowledge/experience of using multiple programs and ability to learn new ones is a must.
- Has a strong interest in and passion for leading technology brands.
- Excellent English verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and awareness of cross-cultural issues.
-Resourceful, well-organized with an ability to prioritize and proactively offer solutions.
- Analytical thinking, a can-do attitude and flexibility to accommodate to evolving business needs.
-Able to work in a fast paced environment with multiple changes in project priorities and tight deadlines.
- Holistic and flexible project and time management.

Additional Skills/Qualifications preferred
-Experience in project/program management with a focus on large-scale/complex projects and distributed teams.
-Proficiency in using a Mac.
- Experience in process re-engineering to drive efficiencies and streamline workflow.
-Experience with translation and project management
