Company Profile: Balfin Group is among the largest private investment groups in Albania The Group`s investment portfolio embraces activities of real estate development, retail sales, commercial and industrial space management\ services, mining and metallurgy industry, customer financing, etc. Balfin is currently looking for:

Job position: Legal Advisor
Department: Legal Department
Location: Tirana

Purpose of work:
· Support all group companies in any legal issues raised, and drafting of all legal documents necessary;

• Provide when required with legal opinion with regard to legal matters requested by the group companies;

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supports group companies in drafting contracts of all types;
• Supports group companies in revising any agreements with third parties;
• Supports group companies in any negotiation process with third parties;
• Supports group companies in any pre-litigation process;
• Supports all group companies in all litigation processes;
• Provides legal opinions of any kind as requested by the group companies;
• Supports all group companies in any contractual conflicts arising from contracts with third parties;
• Supports all group companies in applications with all governmental institutions regarding issuance of any license, permit or any other regulatory document.
• Supports all group companies in applications with the national registration center;
• Supports and inform all group companies on any new law or amendments to the actual legislation;
• Represent group companies in any court proceedings;

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Law.
• More than 6 year experience as a senior legal advisor in business environment;
• Fluent in English Language
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law, real estate law and commercial law
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity
• Outstanding written and spoken communication skills.
