Leads Generation Specialist, Tirane

Description:
We are currently looking for a Leads Generation Specialist to join our team.
The right person will be motivated, customer service oriented and driven for success.
Working days 15:00 - 23:00 (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Identifies prospective clients by reviewing internal data base.
• Set up moving profiles and general customer information in internal software.
• Assists outside sales department and coordinates onsite visits with relocation specialists.
• Manage data for new and prospective customer and making sure information is logged in the
• system and is accurate.

Requirements:

• Customer service experience
• Experience working with high call volume.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Enthusiastic and professional
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Availability to work the occasional Saturday.
• Flexible availability.
