 Following all necessary legal procedures to foreclose the collaterals of the loans under the Legal Procedures;
 Represent the bank in the court cases with clients, third parts, loans etc.;
 Prepares contracts and agreements such as sale, purchase, accusation of goods and services;
 Legal opinion on property collateral;
 Legal opinion on Banks transactions.






Requirements




 To have graduated from Law Faculties, any other domestic and/or foreign university,
 Having ability to represent and co-ordinate,
 PC Knowledge in user level,
 Success in human relations,
 Reliable, patient and careful,
 To use initiatives,
