Overview of the position:
The Junior Payroll Advisor will be responsible for supporting the payroll process, including data entry,certificate management, as well as time management data.
Duties and Responsibilites:
- Careful and accurate recording of personnel master data.
- Creation of existing reports.
- Preparation of certificates using work aids.
- Absence and time management.
- Handling customer inquiries and inquiries from the customer's employees within the respective area of responsibility.
- Processing topics using solution templates or process descriptions.
Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially strong skills in Excel.
- Good knowledge of German language.
- English skills are desirable; in certain areas
- Willingness and ability to learn.
- High quality standards.
- Resilience and flexibility.
- Teamwork skills.
- Good numerical understanding.
