Junior Financial Officer Job Description

The Junior FO is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Booking in the company's system all purchase invoices / customs declaration in accordance with the rules and standards and internal acts.
- To book all banking transactions in the company's system in accordance with the rules and standards and internal acts.
- Report on a weekly basis the monetary flow situation according to the defined standard.
- Calculation and declaration of VAT on a monthly basis. Check on monthly basis for partial VAT crediting.
- Calculation and Declaration of Tax on the Source on a Monthly basis
- Monthly inventory control as per company rules.
- Update the records for the assets of the company.
- To propose and control the transfer of ALL into the Company's accounts.
- Compile and submit timely reports to senior bodies.
- Perform all other duties assigned by the CFO and / or CEO and / or the General Assembly in the field of expertise and training or those arising from the internal acts of the Company.
- Bachelor Degree – in Finance / Accounting, Master’s degree (e.g. MBA) would be beneficial.
- Language skills: very good knowledge of English, any other language is an asset.
- Minimum of 1-3 years Finance and/or Accounting experience.
- Technical skills in financial controlling, accounting, management reporting;
- Strong analytical skills, stress resistant;
- Self-motivator, capable of leading and motivating people.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Experience in a production or accounting company will be considered as a plus.
