Albanian Satellite Communications, a triple play provider of telephony, Internet and TV, is looking to fill the position below:

IT & Webmaster

Job Description & Skills

  • The webmaster is in charge of maintaining Web sites for the company
  • Monitors, improves, and updates the performance of existing Web sites;
  • Experience in programming languages such as C++ , Java, Flash, Adobe, PHP;
  • MySQL database, Apache web server;
  • Familiarity with Internet applications such as HTML, XML and ASP;
  • The webmaster also needs to keep up to date with new, rapidly changing Internet technologies;
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, Linksys, Cisco, Windows 2003, Office 2003, Microsoft Exchange 2003, Backup Veritas or Brightstore.
  • Knowledge of security issues and related applications and platforms.
  • University degree in computer science and previous experience in such position.
  • Degrees in computer science, engineering, or design-related fields;
  • Experience in building dynamic web pages
  • Develop and maintain the network system for administrative offices;
  • Routinely maintain server, domain, data back-up, etc.;
  • Solve the possible network problems and prevent them;
