Emporiki Bank - Albania S.A ., member of Crédit Agricole Group,is seeking to recruit experienced and dynamic employee in Tirana
We are seeking to recruit : Technical Support Specialist
Job purpose : Provide technical support and help-desk for Bank internal users
Direct Reports to : Head Technical Support Department
Main Responsibilities:
- Installation and maintenance of all Bank workstations along with applications of general use (i.e. MS Office) and required updates, patches, upgrades.
- Installation and maintenance of printers, scanners, copiers, fax machines and other electronic devices.
- Diagnosis and reparation of malfunctioning electronic equipment, with the support of the suppliers if necessary.
- Provide 1st level support for internal users regarding technical issues also with the help of Helpdesk software.
- Maintenance of the Bank’s IT equipment inventory using the Fixed Assets Manager application and preparation of relevant reports when needed.
The ideal Candidates should have :
- Very good operational logic
- Good knowledge about computer hardware devices and network devices
- Good knowledge about E-Mail and Internet services.
- Good knowledge about Microsoft SQL DBMS.
- Customer oriented approach(bank employee)
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Teamwork spirit
- Capability and willingness to take other responsibilities
Criteria to be fulfilled:
- University degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
- Work experience with Windows Operating Systems and networks, MS Office software packages.
- Good English knowledge (written/oral).
